Muhamad Farid Saad (Member of Penang State Legislative Assembly - ADUN for Pulau Betong, Balik Pulau), Penang Matra Buana program is set for launching this week starting at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning, Sunday, 4 JULY 2009, with an officiation by YB Dato' Seri Dr. Hilmi Yahaya (ADUN Teluk Bahang) at the Balik Pulau Sports Complex. A performance by eleven Malay martial art academies is set to entertain the local crowd and visitors.
A two-day programme in Universiti Sains Malaysia will follow on Wednesday, July the 7th, with an officiation ceremony set for 8:30 pm that evening.
Penang Matra Buana is hosted by YB Farid & BASKEB.
